By using GameTracker, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

These conditions apply to all users of the platform, whether they are visitors, registered users or premium subscribers.

To use GameTracker, you must :

• Be at least 13 years old (or the age of consent in your country)
• A valid and active Riot Games account
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Be responsible for the security of your account
• Do not create multiple accounts for the same person
• Respect Riot Games' terms of use

You agree to use GameTracker responsibly and lawfully:

• Use the service only for personal and legitimate purposes
• Respect other users and our team
• Do not publish offensive, abusive or illegal content
• Do not attempt to circumvent our security measures
• Do not use unauthorized bots, scripts or automated tools
• Do not overload our servers or disrupt service
• Respecting intellectual property rights

Our premium subscriptions are subject to the following conditions:

• Prices are given in euros and are subject to change.
• Payment via Stripe (credit card, PayPal)
• Subscription is automatically renewed unless cancelled
• You can cancel at any time from your account
• 14-day free trial for new subscribers
• 30-day refund if unsatisfied (new customers)
• No refund for annual subscriptions after 60 days

GameTracker and its contents are protected by intellectual property rights:

• Source code, design and interface are our property
• Game data remains the property of Riot Games
• You retain the rights to your user content
• You grant us a license to use your content
• Prohibition on copying, modifying or distributing our content
• No unauthorized use of our trademark

Within the limits authorized by law :

• GameTracker is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
• We do not guarantee continuous availability of the service.
• We are not responsible for data loss
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
• We are not responsible for the actions of Riot Games
• You use the service at your own risk

The collection and use of your personal data is governed by our privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these conditions.

By using GameTracker, you consent to the collection and processing of your data in accordance with this policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account in the following cases:

• Violation of these terms of use
• Fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Non-payment of your subscription
• Your request
• Closing your Riot Games account
• Legal or regulatory reason

In the event of termination, you will lose access to your account and your data may be deleted in accordance with our retention policy.

We reserve the right to modify these conditions at any time. Important changes will be notified to you:

• By email to the address associated with your account
• Via notification on our website
• With a message in your user area

Your continued use of the service after the modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new conditions.

These conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.

If any provision of these conditions is held to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
